The main governing body of the magical community of Great Britain and Ireland with the intention of preservation of magical law, the Ministry of Magic connects the British government to the wizarding world. The headquarters are located in Whitehall, deep underground. To enter the Ministry of Magic, one would either Floo or use a phone booth, whilst dialling a certain sequence will send the booth down into the Atrium below.
